STEPIFY / THE DETAILS

Good questions.
Fresh answers.

Everything you need to know about your blend, your kit and your order.

01 What comes in the STEPIFY kit?

The portable blender is the star. The kit also includes the drinking lid, travel bottom cap and USB-C charging cable. With this offer, you also receive an insulated bag, folding fruit knife and digital recipe guide.

02 How do I make my first blend?

Cut your fruit into small pieces, add water, milk or a plant-based drink, and stay below the cup’s MAX line. Secure the cup and lid, then operate the blender as directed in its instructions. Start with soft fruit and enough liquid for the ingredients to move freely.

03 Can I take my drink without the motor?

Yes. Once blending has stopped, detach the cup from the motor base and fit the included travel bottom cap according to the product instructions. The same cup becomes your take-along bottle, with the drinking lid on top.

04 What can I blend in it?

Try small pieces of banana, berries or mango with water, milk or a plant-based drink. It’s designed for single-serve fruit drinks and smoothies. Follow the included instructions for ingredient limits; avoid dry blending or large hard chunks.

05 How do I charge and clean it?

Recharge through the USB-C port before you head out. Clean the cup and lid as directed in the product instructions. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth and do not submerge it; let the charging port dry completely before charging.

06 How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is included with this kit. Available destinations and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If you need to return an order, please review our policy and contact us for instructions before sending anything back.
