Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown at checkout.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may reasonably decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a clear pricing error, we reasonably suspect fraud or delivery is not available to the requested address.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, the applicable amount will be refunded.

STEPIFY offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products, beginning on the date of delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to help, but once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes, sale prices and free-shipping offers may be subject to additional conditions shown with the relevant promotion.
